Good to be back! Been extremely busy. Finally landed a part-time job at--guess wear--Baby Gap! Its a wonderful 1st job to have, working the sales floor, assisting mommies with their children's wardrobe. I'll be creating another set representing the girls' line from Peter Rabbit. Well, I wouldn't blow it like Lottery-winners always do. I would pay off any debt, then help others with the rest, a very sensible thing to do if you ask me. If there be any left, I would attend and receive my Assoicate's Degree from FiDM, because its my dream college...and their tuition is so unbelievably expensive!
My question: If you could work for any fashion retail company (sales, visuals, products, etc.), who would it be and why?

These shorts by Ralph Lauren are playful and would look too cute with tights & flats! Don't think leggings would work though...would that be alright? We bought a 2-pack, so if it happens to rip doing one of the performances, she'll have a spare pair. This blouse is simple, maybe too simple, but a soft color should be a good contrast with the shorts. The mary janes pictured are the same ones my she already wears. We're still figuring out hairstyles. Nothing says little girl like pink bows!

This style is very low-key, and almost anything goes. A v-neck or (striped) crew-neck t-shirt in shades of blue fits the beachcomber look well. Slim jeans with a bleached wash and/or rips will do. For shoes, either Vans lace-up skate shoes or boat-style sneakers like the ones on the left are perfect.
Add aviators or Ray-Bans on your head, and a shell or cord necklace for a legitimate surf outfit.

A hint of teal, or other femme tone with an edge to it, should be added to girl up the blacks & grays. If you're brave, try adding a crazy print like snake or leopard for an edgier rock look. It would also be cute to wear aviator sunglasses on your head ;)

lace t-shirt....lace blouse or draped tee
acid-wash jeans....ripped jeans
combat boots....any black boots (except Uggs)
